The Baltic prime ministers think that the Vilnius connection to the Rail Baltica project is not an obstacle

Lithuania has committed to its partners to carry out a cost-effectiveness study on the subject of a connection to Vilnius in the Rail Baltica project. Then preparation to apply to the European Union for funding for the project will begin, and, according to Lithuanian Minister of Transport Rimantas Sinkevičius, Vice-President of European Commission Siim Kallas welcomes the initiative of Lithuania. So development continues on the joint venture.
